Dungeon Deathball

Dungeon Deathball stitches together two unlikely genres: turn-based tactical roguelike and arcade death-sport. Your captive squad has been imprisoned for so long that none of them remember much else, and a series of bloody trials promises freedom to anyone who can stay alive long enough to score touchdowns.

Enemies telegraph their plans before the next turn fires, so the optimal play is rarely just attacking. You move into positions that bait opponents into hitting each other, deflect attacks before they happen, or set up the goal line for a teammate. The combat feels closer to chess than to most tactical games, and rounds resolve in minutes rather than hours.

Team members, traps and enemy compositions are randomly generated every run, so each gauntlet plays differently. Modes branch out across a daily challenge, Judgment Mode (the final boss on repeat), Action Mode, and the standard campaign, with over 80 achievements gating unlocks. Global leaderboards rank score-attack runs.
