Echoes of the Plum Grove

Echoes of the Plum Grove is a cozy farm sim from Mythic Owl with a twist that's harder than its colour palette suggests. You wash ashore on Honeywood, claim a small plot of land, and build a farm that has to last across multiple generations — when your original character dies, you continue play as a descendant.

Winters are the survival pressure. Crops, foraged goods, and stocked larders have to be balanced against the cold months, and a poorly prepared lineage can simply end before anyone uncovers the island's secrets. Failure isn't immediate, but it compounds across in-game years.

NPCs have schedules, jobs, hobbies, and traits. You can befriend them through conversation and gifts, or — as the marketing notes — there are always "other means" to get inconvenient townspeople out of the way. Townsfolk can fall in love, marry, have children, and contribute to the broader family-tree network across town.

Festivals, fishing, cooking, crafting, foraging, and mining round out the cozy-sim loop. Mysteries layer in around the edges: rumours of a witch with strange goods, eerie noises from the bay, something at the bottom of the mines. Co-op and full mod support are part of the post-launch roadmap.
