Filthy us 2 (Cha Hui De Wo Men 2) is a Chinese-developed realistic-illustration horror adventure sequel rooted in Eastern thematic territory. The setup centers on a malicious killing case at the turn of the millennium in Northwest China, where the murderer clutched half of a Buddha's face at the moment of death. The intensity of his resentment drew the attention of the Wuzhe (the Nothingless One), and the deeper investigation pulls in an arson-and-massacre case from ten years earlier connected through the same Buddha statue.

The game world layers Buddhist iconography and Eastern folk horror onto a contemporary missing-persons mystery. The Yuanhui Di (resentment-soaked realm) generated by the dead spirits forms the explorable layer, where strange and terrible appearances hide deeper unknown secrets. The protagonist Wuzhe traces the truth of the black ship called Cihang and the people aboard it.

Multiple characters become playable, each reconstructing the tragedy from their own perspective. Each character carries unique BGM that reflects their personality and fate, Buddhist music blends with various other styles across scenes, cinematic camera language replaces traditional 2D transitions, and the story stretches across a small town with hidden secrets to discover.
