Forza Horizon 4

Forza Horizon 4 is the entry that introduced dynamic seasons to the Horizon series. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter shift across the shared world for every player simultaneously, transforming the same British landscape into four meaningfully different driving experiences. A road through autumn forests becomes a snowy ice corridor in winter; a summer lakeshore turns into a frozen surface you can drive across.

The shared open world is populated by real players. The time of day, weather, and seasonal changes are synchronized globally, so when you encounter another driver on a road, you're both experiencing the same conditions. Race, stunt, create, and explore — the open-ended campaign progresses regardless of which activity you choose, on a path toward becoming a Horizon Superstar.

The car roster is the largest the series had shipped at release: over 450 vehicles from 100+ licensed manufacturers, ranging from classic British sports cars to modern hypercars to off-road builds. Historic Britain — lakes, valleys, castles, scenic countryside — renders in native 4K and HDR. The game treats the country as both setting and protagonist.
