About Gravity Circuit
Gravity Circuit is a 2D action platformer aimed squarely at the Mega Man Zero shelf of the genre — fast lateral movement, punchable robots, a stage-select between bosses, and a campaign that asks the player to learn boss patterns rather than out-stat them. You play Kai, a war-hero operative who carries the mysterious power of the Gravity Circuit, brought back into service when the Virus Army resurfaces years after their supposed defeat.
Combat is built around fists, not guns. Channel energy into devastating punches that send enemies flying, follow up with grapple hooks that pull foes in close, and chain combos that turn whole rooms into projectile clutter. Each defeated stage and rescued civilian unlocks new powers — the standard genre loop of trading bosses for tools that reshape later encounters.
Twelve stages each carry their own mechanical theme, with bosses designed around the toys the level was teaching you to use. Secrets and innocent civilians hide across the maps for players who want to push past the main route. The whole game telegraphs its influences openly — sprite work and tempo straight out of the 80s and 90s — without ever pretending to be retro for the sake of it.
