Insomnis

Insomnis is a first-person horror game focused on story, exploration and puzzle-solving inside the old Castevet manor. You play Joe Castevet, grandson of the famous English scientist Roman Castevet, who has just inherited the residence where his grandfather lived and died.

Investigating room by room in search of answers, Joe finds that as the hours pass the house grows darker, its rooms begin to change, and he is not alone in it. The atmosphere does the work, generating scares through environment and sound as his worst nightmares come to life.

Progress comes from a mix of analog and digital puzzles built on original mechanics, set within a morally ambiguous narrative where nothing is as it seems. Your final choices decide the fate of the characters across multiple endings. The game was made by a horror-focused development studio based in Barcelona.
