LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is Traveller's Tales' time-traveling sequel to the first LEGO Marvel game and the third entry in the LEGO Marvel franchise. The villain is Kang the Conqueror, time-traveling tyrant who has assembled fragments of different eras into the cosmic city of Chronopolis. Heroes from across Marvel timelines must work together to push back the takeover.

The playable roster covers the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Green Goblin and dozens of other heroes and villains. Each character carries their own abilities used for combat and puzzle solving, and the LEGO franchise's standard build-and-bash gameplay drives most levels. The time-manipulation mechanic adds the ability to shift environments between eras mid-puzzle, transport objects and characters through centuries, and use temporal anomalies tactically.

Locations span Ancient Egypt, The Old West, Sakaar, New York City in 2099, and many other eras unique to specific Marvel storylines. Four-player competitive Super Hero battle mode adds a versus component, with themed challenges and battle arenas pulling characters into family-friendly skirmish play. Two-player cooperative campaign play covers the entire story mode.
