Organs Please

Organs Please is a dark and satirical management sim where you take control of a recycling factory with a grim twist: it recycles humans. Earth's population is on the verge of a global resource crisis, and your job is to build a spaceship on time to earn humankind one more chance, with only 30 days left.

You screen the visitors desperate to get off the planet and willing to risk being turned into canned food, incinerated, or hired as a factory employee. The pros and cons of each fate are debatable. You manage the factory floor, construct new facilities and upgrade the research center, all with finite resources, trying to keep things from falling apart before the ship takes off.

You hire staff with unique quirks, fears and prejudices, promoting hard workers and pampering them with improved amenities while sending the lazy ones to a special room in the darkest corner of the factory. You also juggle orders from competing organizations and meet weekly quotas to keep the higher-ups happy, because you are alive only as long as you are useful.
