Poly Bridge

Poly Bridge is a physics-based bridge construction puzzler with a deeply expressive sandbox underneath the puzzles. The campaign sends you through bridges of escalating complexity — simple two-lane road crossings, multi-deck drawbridges, jumps, hydraulics-actuated mechanisms — with budget and material restrictions tightening as you progress.

The construction tools include advanced hydraulics, a multi-phase hydraulics controller that lets you script which pistons activate in which order, a node-based event system, multiple checkpoint types, copy-paste tools, and line tracers that let you draw perfect arcs or straight lines and auto-fill them with chosen materials. The vocabulary supports both elegant minimalist solutions and absurd over-engineered nightmares.

Steam Workshop is the game's long tail — hundreds of community-built levels and challenges, with the developers featuring the most original ones. The in-game animated GIF capture function lets you save and share your bridges in motion (success or catastrophic failure both work), and the sandbox is openly aimed at the players who want to build the most complex or absurd bridge they can imagine.
