Sunblaze

Sunblaze is a precision platformer with hundreds of challenging, handcrafted levels. Josie's dad is a retired superhero, and his fixed-up training simulator lets her try her hand at the family business. Then the training room goes rogue and Josie's superhero training becomes a literal fight to escape, with TNT, spikes, drones, and an evolving room piling challenges between her and the exit.

The levels are designed for repeated death and rapid retry. Skills matter more than completion: each room reshuffles a precise sequence of inputs and reactions, and the controls are honed for instant restarts. A cat sidekick keeps her company through the ordeal.

The controls and gameplay are already easy by precision-platformer standards, but accessibility features let you customize further to meet your own needs and wants. The promise is straightforward: dying over 5,000 times in one game has never felt this good, though dying is 100% optional.
