About Tavern Master
Tavern Master starts you with a single small room, a couple of benches, and the assumption that you'll figure the rest out as customers walk in. The game is a medieval tavern simulator with explicit emphasis on flow optimization — every seat needs to be near a light source, every table needs to be reachable on an efficient path from the bar, and every staff member walks routes you implicitly design by where you place everything.
The progression layer expands the operation outward. A kitchen with hired chefs adds food service. Musicians attract more customers and increase patience. Special events bring in particular customer types with specific demands who stay all day if served correctly. Eventually you build bedrooms — 1- to 5-star rated based on furnishings — for overnight guests who pay accordingly.
Untitled Studio designed the game to support multiple playstyles. You can chase pure revenue optimization, decorate for aesthetics, or build an unconventional layout like pure bedrooms-and-no-bar. The tools include extensive walls, floors, fences, stairs, and furniture variations, plus the small satisfaction of naming the place and seeing customers refer to it by name.
