tERRORbane looks like a generic fantasy RPG where you save the world from evil, except the Developer who built it keeps commenting on everything you do, and funny bugs and glitches pop up wherever you go. Rather than fight them, you pull out your trusty BUG LIST and turn the broken game to your advantage.

Your choices shape the journey, sending you to wildly different sections, environments, and stories, and going back to choose differently adds new bugs to your collection, with ways to explore even past the ending credits. The Developer insists his game is the best ever made, but its sorry code begs to differ, and hunting down every bug and loophole is how you defy gaming norms and prove yourself the ultimate Player.

Saving the realm from anthropomorphic villains is a familiar setup, but this adventure refuses to stay ordinary fantasy, jumping between castles, temples, starships, and vaults, and from a dungeon's depths to the surface of the moon, with barely a coherent plot holding it together. It is a comedic adventure full of quirky characters and homages to videogaming history.
