Tin Hearts

Tin Hearts is a narrative puzzle adventure that pairs lemmings-style puzzles with the emotional story of a genius inventor, Albert J. Butterworth. As you lead a column of tin soldiers toward their goal, the past presses through to tell a moving story of family, love and the compromises between them. It comes from members of the team behind Fable.

Across four distinct acts and more than 50 puzzles set inside one grand Victorian house, you uncover whimsical inventions with unique abilities and use them to clear a safe path for the soldiers. The carefully tended garden lets them bounce, drift and sail upward, while the inventor's basement brims with technology, every location holding treasured memories, and a few best forgotten. You can also step into the shoes of the fully controllable Mr Soldier, who breaks rank to scout the best route ahead.

The puzzles constantly evolve as you progress, often with several routes to a solution, and you can halt, speed up or rewind time to watch the results of your actions and bend them differently, with hints on hand for an accessible, relaxing experience. A poignant soundtrack comes from award-winning composer Matthew Chastney. A VR version, designed from the ground up for virtual reality, lets you reach in and touch the game's toys and mechanics directly.
