Viscerafest

Viscerafest is a sci-fi fantasy single-player arena FPS with light collectathon elements. You play Caroline, a bloodthirsty, psychopathic mercenary whose one real goal is to marry her boyfriend Athens Fetter, but money is tight and rings are not cheap. Salvation arrives as a hefty bounty on a warlock named Cromune, who happens to be guarded by a small army.

That army stands between Caroline and her payday: forces of the United Scientific Conglomerate, led by Dr. Mortice, fight shoulder to shoulder with religious zealots across more than 23 intricately designed hand-crafted levels, set everywhere from a space station above Earth to realms beyond reality. You fight through them wielding nine unique weapons, from a double-barreled explosive-round shotgun to the offbeat Plague Rifle, against 27 enemy types and up to 7 bosses, constantly juggling ammo, health and armor to stay alive.

Movement is its own weapon, since chaining bunny hopping and dashing lets you cross levels at blistering speed, and strong air control lets you dance around projectiles. Collecting goodies unlocks gameplay modifiers and cheats, from a mode where time slows as you bunny hop to one that turns every enemy into a hitscanning cultist.
