Waves 2: Notorious casts you as a Runner diving into Cyberspace to wage virtual combat deep inside corporate networks. The Administrator (an AI that learns your weaknesses and adapts as you play) watches every move, and defeating its Guardians is what raises your reputation toward Notorious.

Combat layers a combo system on top of bullet-hell density. Chain kills together to build your combo, earn Adrenaline as you do, and unleash devastating Burst Attacks when the meter fills. 36 unlockable Programs cover the loadout slots, and the synergies between them shape how aggressive, defensive, or burst-heavy your style becomes.

Procedurally generated corporate networks fuel the campaign, Arcade Arenas drive daily/weekly/monthly leaderboard climbs, and real-time multiplayer survival pits Runners against each other to see who is the last one left standing in cyberspace.
