Weed Shop 3 is a recreational marijuana dispensary simulator that wears its absurdity openly. The setup: you've inherited an out-of-business dildo shop and want to turn it into a profitable cannabis empire. The execution involves business management, FPS combat with hostile elements of the local underworld, and a storyline that escalates from broke-and-clueless to international weed mogul over the course of a long campaign.

The opening hours are deliberately humble. Grow your first plants in a toilet. Look for spare change in the trash. Smoke roaches. Sell ditch weed to burnouts. From there, the climb begins — upgrade your grow setup, grow larger quantities of more potent strains, improve the shop's visual appearance to attract higher-paying clientele, make and sell pre-rolls alongside various paraphernalia. The economic loop tightens up as your operation scales.

Staff management eventually takes the daily grind off your hands. Hire growers, salespeople, promoters and security; let them specialize as they gain experience; outsource the rote work and focus on bigger moves. A second facility lets you start experimenting with cross-breeding strains — finding the right hybrid takes trial and error unless you know the right people. Solventless concentrate production, with hash extractors, heated dab presses and cart fillers, sits at the top of the production tree.

Influencers, four rival factions, and the local cartel pull on your operation from outside. Hire influencers to promote your products; gain the cartel's respect to run gang-related tasks and bulk sales. Shoplifters, crackheads, snitches and thugs are the daily friction. When it all becomes too much, the game lets you grab a blunt, hit the beach, the pad or the club, and dab out until you trip — which is exactly the kind of escape valve a game this ridiculous needs.
