About 7 Days to End with You
7 Days to End with You is a puzzle and visual-novel hybrid where every word the other character speaks is in a language you don't know. Across seven in-game days, you watch them, listen to them, and slowly deduce what each word means by context.
There's no dictionary or hint system. You note down what you think a word means, and the game silently updates the translations on the page as your interpretation locks in. Your guesses shape what the unfolding story actually says: the same dialogue can produce a short, ordinary tale or a strange, branching one, depending on what meanings you've assigned.
A playthrough lasts roughly an hour or less, but the design rewards multiple runs as your vocabulary calcifies and the narrative resolves differently. The game's stance is explicit: there's no single correct interpretation, only whichever one your reading produced.
Developed by Lizardry, originally released in Japan in 2021 and localised internationally afterward.
