AutoForge

AutoForge is a 2D automation sandbox adventure. You play Otto, a magical golem who awakens abandoned and alone, setting out to find his ancient masters and learn what became of them and the world, but first, he must build.

Since crafting takes time, you instead build an automated factory of Mana-powered machines, farming, and monster husbandry, designing sprawling production lines that connect resource outposts to the heart of your factory and reshaping the world to fit your needs. A massive technology tree unlocks new structures and materials as your factory's power grows.

You forge your own path through dangerous lands, each region a blend of procedural generation and hand-crafted points of interest, finding new ore, treasures, and the world's denizens. Ancient technology scattered around upgrades Otto's own mainframe, while a mysterious auto-defense system has awakened to protect the world's resources from you, sending drones you fight with a sword, a blaster, and an auto-defense system of your own.
