Diggles The Myth of Fenris

Diggles: The Myth of Fenris is a colony-building strategy game wrapped in a cinematic adventure. A Diggle is an underground dwarf who mines resources, harvests mushrooms and bats away enemies, and the Diggles dynasty has been chosen by Odin himself to rid the world of Fenris, the hound of Hell, an offer that cannot be refused.

Building a clan is the heart of it. No two Diggles are alike, so you develop each with a varied set of skills and combat techniques, keep them fed and entertained with leisure activities like bowling, the disco and the pub, and soon your tunnels fill with angry babies. You also develop the colony itself, mastering over 50 production sites, exploring a technology tree, crafting with 20 tools and gathering seven resources, all while watching for other unique clans down in the dark.

The game's snarky dwarves carry the story through more than 40 quests, each featuring hand-crafted cutscenes full of humor and dwarfy attitude. This release brings the roughly two-decade-old game back to life, untouched in story, visuals and gameplay but updated to run on modern systems without legacy DRM or an FPS lock.
