Figment 2 Creed Valley

Figment 2: Creed Valley is the standalone sequel to Figment, picking up after Dusty and Piper restored peace to The Mind and now facing a new threat to its balance. Nightmares have shattered the Moral Compass, and the duo must travel to Creed Valley — where The Mind's beliefs and ideals are formed — to face their most theatrical adversaries yet.

The headline mechanic is musical bosses. Each nightmare has its own theme song that reveals why it appeared and what it represents. Fights play out timed to the soundtrack, with dodges and attacks weaving between musical phrases. The Mind's two fundamental states — Open-minded and Closed-minded — are switchable in the environment, changing layouts and revealing different paths.

Local co-op makes Piper a controllable second character, fitting the game's theme that we shouldn't have to face our fears alone. Puzzles span both halves of The Mind's psychology, and the campaign engages with stress, anxiety, and fear of the dark in a surreal universe that draws on emotional experiences universally enough to resonate beyond the specific narrative.
