Mr. Sun's Hatbox

Mr. Sun's Hatbox is a slapstick roguelite platformer about getting the job done at all costs. The dastardly Mr Moon and his troublemakers have stolen Mr Sun's hatbox delivery from a humble courier company, and with the fate of an aspiring apparel business at stake, it is up to you to build a team, stage a series of heists, and get it back.

Starting out as a solo delivery squad, you build an organization of reformed hat thieves, working together or against each other to beat the odds. You can eliminate Mr Moon's minions or capture and recruit them, and across the missions you make use of a closetful of over 50 stylish hats, each with unique properties from the practical to the powerful to the pointless, alongside an assortment of weapons.

You prep for heists by taking on specialist missions, from wave-based action to espionage, collecting crowns to unlock perks before attempting a tricky Hat Heist. You build a base of operations with rooms like a Brig to brainwash captives and a Lab to experiment on staff, and every character has curious quirks that make them suited or unsuited to a mission. The game supports solo play, couch co-op and Remote Play Together, plus 1v1 and Last Hat Standing PVP, all in a vibrant pixel art style from Kenny Sun, creator of Circa Infinity.
