TheoTown is a city-builder in the SimCity tradition, scaled to support multiple connected cities across large regions. You zone residential, commercial, and industrial districts, lay power and water infrastructure, manage traffic flow, and respond to evolving demands as a small settlement grows into a complex metropolis. The simulation handles the depth that long-time fans of the genre expect.

Transportation is one of the game's strengths. Bus networks, railways, airports, and highways all support route control, vehicle type management, and mobility optimization.
