Startopia

Startopia drops you into a galaxy of derelict stations left over after an apocalypse and asks you to bring them back to life. You rebuild each station to a standard that attracts different alien races, harness their expertise, and research new technologies in a battle of wits and cunning that the script keeps deliberately funny.

A fully functioning alien society develops inside each station, with rivalries and friendships, crime and punishment, leisure and entertainment, and a working economy underpinning all of it. The 'Torus' play area presents a viewpoint never seen in a game before or since, with 16 habitable subsections spanning three decks per station.

The Bio-deck adds an editable landscape and managed ecosystem, giving you complete control over terra-forming whatever fits inside that ring. Up to three other stationmasters can join via multiplayer, and play modes range from sandbox down to full-detail micromanagement.
