Deadly Days

Deadly Days is a strategic rogue-lite set in a zombie apocalypse with an absurd origin: a fast-food chain laced a new burger with an addictive secret ingredient that shut down everything in consumers' brains except the hunger for fresh meat, and stopped them from dying naturally too. You manage and protect a group of survivors and try to help them stop the catastrophe.

Each attempt to save the world is about finding the best combination of objects, special abilities and weapons, and you must use whatever you get, whether endless airstrikes, an army of rats, or stranger options still. You search procedurally generated cities and conquer buildings, plundering them quickly before exploding zombies or steroid-pumped brutes catch you, and especially before the very dangerous hordes of the night arrive.

The game packs more than 60 crazy objects, over 30 powerful special abilities, 25-plus weapon types with random modifications, 55-plus survivors, over 10 zombie types and three bosses, all in lovingly crafted pixel art. It also features integrated Twitch support, letting viewers become survivors and vote on which mission to take next, while a base-building update lets you expand with rooms like a greenhouse and craft unique weapons.
