You control a herd of small, charming creatures called Trebhum, who lack speed and strength but possess the most powerful ability of all: adaptation. Each Trebhum can take on more than 50 mutations, growing spikes, shooting tornadoes, breathing fire, or learning to fly, and mutations stack rather than replace one another, creating diverse herds customized for survival.

You explore a vast open world of four unique biomes, each with extraordinary flora and strange fauna, while real-time world destruction flattens hills and topples trees whenever the Cylinder roars to life. Hidden sanctuaries protected by complex puzzles hold the ancient knowledge your world needs, while the Cylinder's monstrous servants infest and consume everything they touch.
