They Are Billions

They Are Billions is a strategy game in a distant future about building and managing human colonies after a zombie apocalypse destroyed nearly all of humanity. A few thousand humans survive under the threat of infection. Billions of infected roam the world in massive swarms seeking the last living colonies.

The New Empire campaign runs 48 missions with over 60 hours of gameplay. Build fortified colonies in infected territories, destroy swarms with the Imperial Army, evolve via 90+ available technologies, and explore ancient human fortresses with your Hero. Survival mode generates random worlds with their own events, weather, geography, and infected populations for fast addictive sessions with leaderboards.

The game is real-time with pause: complex decisions get all the time they need rather than rewarding reflexive command memorization. The custom engine handles up to 20,000 units in real time. Each infected has its own AI, and a single one breaking into a building infects every colonist inside, who then rabid-spread the infection exponentially. Beautiful 4K graphics carry a Steampunk-Victorian style throughout.
