Find Yourself

Find Yourself is a first-person psychological horror game whose soundtrack immerses you in the madness the main character experiences while in the astral world. He suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder caused by an event from his childhood, and from that moment on he can separate from his body and move into the astral.

As a child, abuse by his mother left the main character with phobias he learned to cope with. But a combination of circumstances forces him down into the subway, where he must once again face those fears face to face. The roughly hour-long experience plays as a walking simulator, narrating his childhood memories through changes of location. As you explore the genuinely frightening subway cars despite the fear, you hear everything happening on the other side of an alternate reality, and exploring slowly rewards you with hidden secrets.
