Fury Unleashed

Fury Unleashed combines run-and-gun platforming with roguelite progression, framed inside a comic book whose author has lost his creative spark. Each room is a comic panel, ink is the central resource, and you blast through pages trying to figure out why John Kowalsky can no longer finish the next issue of his own series.

The combo system is the game's signature. Kill enemies fast enough and you enter Fury, a state of damage immunity and increased ink rewards. Threading entire stages without breaking the combo unlocks the deepest rewards, and skilled players can clear the entire game in one continuous combo on the harder difficulties.

The campaign mixes hand-designed levels with procedural generation, and 40 bosses split across visually distinctive comic worlds (each with its own enemy roster) keep encounter variety high. Easy mode lets you tune difficulty parameters; Hard mode is the unmodified challenge. Solo, local co-op or online co-op are all supported. Adam Skorupa and Krzysztof Wierzynkiewicz (The Witcher, Bulletstorm, Shadow Warrior 2) composed the soundtrack.
