About Juno New Origins
Juno: New Origins, formerly SimpleRockets 2, took six years to grow from a basic rocket builder into a full aerospace sandbox. Parts stretch, scale and resize: fuel tanks, wings, cargo bays, fairings, solar panels, landing gear and pistons all bend to the design instead of forcing you into preset sizes.
Rocket engines can be opened up and tuned across power cycle, combustion pressure, gimbal range, fuel type, nozzle expansion and aesthetics. The exhaust visually reacts to atmospheric pressure, and shock diamonds in the plume indicate suboptimal performance for anyone wanting to chase real-world efficiency. Vizzy, the in-game visual programming language, automates burns, logs telemetry and builds custom MFD touchscreens.
Career mode adds contracts, milestones and a tech tree to earn money and unlock parts. Planet Studio lets you sculpt new worlds (or whole stellar systems) from procedural templates with paintbrush biome tools, and orbits and reentry physics simulate realistically with time-warp support.
