Phantom Abyss

Phantom Abyss is a massive asynchronous multiplayer game that casts you into procedurally generated temples to retrieve the sacred relics hidden in their deadly chambers. You dodge scores of hidden traps, leap treacherous chasms and flee relentless guardians through branching paths until you claim a relic or the traps overwhelm you. The catch is severe: you get only one attempt at each temple, and failure, or settling for a lesser relic, means you will never see that temple again.

The cleverest players turn other people's failures into an advantage. You explore each temple alongside the phantoms of up to 20 fallen players, including Steam friends who attempted the same temple, learning from their missteps and even stealing their whips as they fall. Recovering keys from chests unlocks deeper, deadlier floors with more coveted relics, and claiming a temple's final Legendary Relic makes it vanish forever as your trophy.

Offerings of collected treasure at altars earn blessings from the gods, granting a double jump, glide jump, extended slide, damage protection and more. Unlockable whips each carry a minor blessing and a curse to complicate your run, and players can share Temple Codes and Adventure Codes so friends can attempt the same temples or playlists.
