About Curse That Magic Cat!
Curse That Magic Cat! is a lighthearted single-player game in which Magnus the Wizard has cursed you and turned you into a cat. To escape, you explore his mansion and collect three spell books in each level, taking your revenge along the way.
Revenge means knocking the wizard's belongings off tables and shelves, stealing and using his potions, and ducking under furniture to watch Magnus search for you in vain. Magnus himself is an AI opponent who hunts you across six levels of sneaky, destructive feline mayhem, and collectible cat colors let you look purr-fect while you do it.
The game was developed by a small student capstone team at SMU Guildhall over a 14-week cycle and is published by SMU Guildhall. Additional development beyond its academic completion is not currently planned.
