PUSS!

PUSS! is a one-handed avoid-em-up about a cat stranded in another dimension trying to find a way home. The control scheme is the simplest possible - movement only - but the levels are far meaner than they look on first contact, appearing in random sequences so memorization buys limited time.

Boss fights push into bullet-hell territory with deliberately overwhelming patterns. Freeing future partners along the way recruits help against the evil hunting the cat, and various skins keep the protagonist feline however absurd the situation becomes.

The presentation lives in deliberately glitched-out psychedelic territory, with text effects and visual distortions that earn the prominent photosensitive epilepsy warning. Leaderboards let you compare runs against others who managed to survive long enough to register a score.
