Neon Abyss

Neon Abyss is a frantic run-and-gun roguelite where you play a member of Grim Squad, a task force assembled by Hades to infiltrate the Abyss and defeat the New Gods. Each death sends you back better equipped, and runs through procedurally arranged dungeons stack random item drops into open-ended synergies.

There is no cap on how many items stack. Passive effects compound across every pickup, so by the end of a strong run, projectiles bounce, multiply, freeze, burn and curve through walls simultaneously. Each successful run unlocks new rooms, items, bosses, special rules and even new endings, so the dungeon evolves to match your developing playstyle.

Eggs found in dungeons hatch into pets, each starting with a basic ability and evolving the longer you survive. Mini-games punctuate the action: Piano Performances, Meditation Challenges, Dance Competitions, and others provide a brief breather while still rewarding loot. The neon palette and shoot-everything energy carry it tonally toward Enter the Gungeon territory.
